All practices are held at the Somerset Hills YMCA.
Monday through Thursday 8:00-9:30pm
Warm-ups (for meets) are typically 30 minutes before
meet start time. For home meets (at SHY), the warm-up will start
at 8:00pm and the meet will start at 8:15pm.
